The house is an Original construction dated from the begining of 1800. with its last renovation done in 1990 when new electrical and hidraulic instalations were installed, it is in excellent liveable condition. Its located in Southern part of the City of Merida with access street with all services.Connecting to avenue. In 1850 during the war of Castas the Hacienda was saqued and was renovated and liveable until the 20th century when it was abandoned and adquiring by new owner Who only bought 35 hectare/86.5 acres of the original 438 hectare/1082.3 acres that it used to have.
