How do I know which is the best payment plan for my property?

It all depends if you are a homeowner, broker or developer.

For homeowners we suggest a one to three months plan to start of with.

For agents/brokers we suggest at least the six month plan which enables them to work continuously with the properties and listing they include. We strongly encourage placing at least one or two properties in the featured property plan.

For developers it all depends on the stage of the development, but the yearly plan usually works the best.
How often can I edit the information I include in my listing?

You can edit the information in your listing as often as you like, you can add pictures, save or modify the text and save it when you are satisfied. The information you edit will be published and current a few minutes after you post it.
Is it important to include pictures?

We strongly encourage you to upload and place at least three pictures in your listing; this will interest potential buyers in the property and give them a clear idea of what the property looks like.
