Costera M Aleman at Condesa Beach; seafood on the beach. At night you will dine under a palapa, facing the ocean and dancing with live music. Specialties include “Pescado a la talla” (spicy fish grilled on a stick with an adobo made from achiote), red snapper prepared grilled or any style you like and Mexican traditional ceviche.

• Madeiras

Serves American and Continental cuisine and has a fixed price menu. Open for dinner only. Carretera Escenica 33 (near Las Brisas).

• Carlos’n Charlie’s

Part of a popular chain, you will find good food and very friendly service. The ribs, carne a la tampiquena, the stuffed shrimp and the oysters are the most popular dishes A favorite place for tourists, you have to arrive early in order to get a place. Costera M. Aleman 112.

• Kookaburra

On the Carretera Escenica with a breathtaking view of the bay. Chef Roberto Thomas combines the flavors of Mexico and other countries with his French touch. Crabcakes are great. Open for dinner only.
