“Ventana al Mar meets The Perfect Storm” by Bob Lindsey


Last year I wrote an article entitled “The Perfect Storm”. The project that inspired me to write this article was Ventana al Mar. I began in depth research to educate myself about the fast growing real estate market in Baja Norte. “The Perfect Storm” describes the dynamic phenomenon that is currently impacting the Baja market…so much so that it has been named The Baja Gold Coast.
