Los Cabos has become one of the most visited tourist destinations in Mexico. Tourists can enjoy natural scenarios that allow a calm and exclusive atmosphere. Los Cabos is located in the south end of the Baja California Peninsula, at approximately 136 miles south of the city of La Paz. It is hot and sunny most of the year, with a steady temperature of 78F. Los Cabos is an ideal place for diving, kayaking, and sport fishing. The main symbol of the city of Los Cabos is "The Arch", a monumental rocky formation sculpted by the ocean; it is now declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Whale watching is one of the main attractions of Los Cabos during winter. Visitors can enjoy the birth of gray whales in Bahia Magdalena. Between the cities of San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, (20 miles) we can find the famous "Tourist Corridor", that is one of the most important tourist developments of Mexico. The Corridor has famous and well known restaurants. |
